User Agreement

Users act either as Employers or Freelancers. UZITHUB is a marketplace and technology provider, not a party to agreements between users. Nothing here creates an employment, joint venture, or agency relationship with UZITHUB.

You must keep your profile accurate. We may request identity/phone/email checks. Misrepresentation or impersonation is prohibited. Additional verification may be required to access specific features.

• Employers post Jobs/Projects; Freelancers submit proposals or start chats.
• Once scope, price, and timeline are agreed, a “Deal” can be created in the Platform.
• All important terms should be captured in the Deal or documented in the chat.

Payment flows, fees, and currency handling are defined in product UI or policies. Each party is responsible for their taxes. Refunds follow the applicable deal flow (e.g., cancellation, revision, completion).

After completion, the parties may leave ratings and reviews that must be fair and lawful. We may remove content that violates our Terms of Use.

Parties should first try to resolve disputes via chat. If unresolved, they may use any support channel provided by UZITHUB or seek external remedies as permitted by law. UZITHUB may — but is not obliged to — assist in coordination.

You warrant that you are not subject to sanctions or restrictions that would prevent you from using the Platform. You will comply with applicable laws including data protection and export controls.

Deals end per their terms (completion/cancellation). Either party may terminate for cause if the other materially breaches and fails to cure within a reasonable time.
